Biography:Hi my name is May Jeanette, but May for short!
I am the current captain of the UCC Fencing club and I absolutely adore it. I love having this honourable role because it means I can help in running this wonderful club that I am part of.
Fencing is a wonderful sport by itself, but the club is what really makes it. It’s filled with wonderful people and great coaches. We aim to provide not just an opportunity to engage in the fantastic sport but to socialise and make many great friends. I hope to be one of these friends you can make as well as someone who can help in seeing over your training.
I study Psychology and am as thus, very fond of people. I’m easy-going, friendly and always love to meet new people so don’t be afraid to approach me in regards to anything at all.
My picture is on this bio, but if you’re as bad at recognizing faces as I am, you can usually find me through my blonde hair and blue fencing shoes… or dancing around the hall. If you see any blonde girl listening to music and dancing around on her own anywhere in Cork, it’s probably me..
